Day 2 of wedding festivities was hosted by Auntie Niti's family at the Makena Beach and Golf Resort in a restaurant set on a hill overlooking the golf course and the beach.

It was a Mehndi celebration, which includes henna tatooing. The older women (aunts and mother?) sat in a circle before the couple and played music and sang songs in Hindi for them.

Everyone listened and watched.

I was entertained too.

Dei Dei was pretty happy.

He got some steam and pureed green beans.

The beautiful bride in her beautiful jewel adorned dress and groom.

It was getting late and Dei Dei went to sleep. It was a good day for me because this place was the first time where I went potty in a public place. What better place to go potty than a luxury resort on a hill overlooking the beach in Hawaii?
