Soccer

Just like Dei Dei, I joined soccer too, but in a different program.

We get to develop our skills at our own pace here.

Here, I'm dribbling

 through
to try to score at the end.

Buffet and Bike Shopping

At the end of the meal, it was dessert time!  Dei Dei picked out a lot of chocolate.

I was more sensible and picked out some healthier options.

Yum!

Trying on some bikes.  I like pink!  I still haven't found one yet though.

Pushing My Cousin Around

Having fun with my cousin.

He looks a bit worried there.

Birthday Party at the Whale Park

We went to E & K's birthday party at the Whale Park

They had fun activities for us.

Here's Dei Dei waiting his turn...

to get a water balloon!

The balloon didn't last long.

Some climbing

and more climbing

Daddy caused a traffic jam here.

Another ladder to climb

Cromwell Park

We both made it to the top:

Dei Dei's arms are not long enough for this one yet.

Dei Dei Has Fun While I'm At School

I think Dei Dei should get his own trike soon.   I wasn't too happy when I got off the bus and saw him riding it.  Although, I was a little better the next day when I saw him on my trike again.

Here he is chasing some of the ducks at Robinswood.  The duck pond there is overpopulated with ducks because people keep feeding them (when they're not supposed to).

Dei Dei and I love chasing the ducks there.

Eventually Mommy had to run and get Dei Dei because he followed the ducks too far away from her.

Daddy's Flag Football Game

We went to watch Daddy play football at his company.

We didn't really understand the game, so we entertained ourselves here:

We found this wood table and used it as a stage.

Finally, Daddy's game ended.

He had to chase Dei Dei down.

Soccer

Dei Dei started his first week of Lil' Kickers while I was at school.  Once he saw the balls, he made a dash for them and wouldn't stop holding one.  If he threw the ball, he'd have to go pick up another one.  He still has a lot to learn about following directions.

First Day of the Last Year of Preschool

Here we are waiting for my bus on the first day of preschool.

Unfortunately, it was quite a long wait because the bus came 20 minutes late (and I was late for school).

My first day went well.  My new teacher, Miss Elizabeth called Mommy and said I had a good day.  I knew all the routines (since I'm a veteran).  On the second day, however, I came home with a different name tag?  Mommy asked, and I told her I played with a boy named Cooper.  Daddy was suspicious that I traded name tags with a boy.

Remlinger Farms

We went to Remlinger farms in Carnation on Labor Day.
I got to ride a pony there.   This horse was smaller than Ziggy.

His name is Bumbleberry

All my riding on Ziggy paid off.  I rode with no problems!

Dei Dei rode Bumbleberry too.

He did pretty well.

Next we climbed on the stagecoach.

There was no horse on this carriage.

Next we went on a mini ferris wheel together, just Dei Dei and I.

I wanted to ride the one near the aquarium, but we didn't get a chance that day.

We loved it!

I went next door to the merry-go-round.

Dei Dei didn't make the height requirements, so he took  spin on the ferris wheel by himself.

He was a little disappointed but he was okay with the ferris wheel.

This merry-go-round is a swing one.

Next was the barrel ride (like the tea cups).

The flying pumpkin

Antique cars

Then we went wild at the hay jump and maze:

Dei Dei ran to the center of the tunnel

And unfortunately, started throwing hay at the the other kids.

Dei Dei was so sweaty, he got lots of hay stuck to his scalp.

We finally met up with Carolyn, Braedyn and their parents.

We took a ride on the train together.

I wouldn't pose for the kids picture, unfortunately.

Next was the canoe ride.

Daddy gave us a push to go faster (he wasn't supposed to because we almost crashed into the other canoe). It was a fun day!  We want to go back again soon!
