Braden's Birthday Party at Kidsquest

I went to Braden's birthday party at Kidsquest.  It was so much fun!

My favorite part was getting my face painted. 

I asked to be Tweak bunny, the green GFP bunny from the Octonauts, my favorite show. 

My cousin Braden was a lion.  Happy birthday, Braden!

Lil Kickers

Mommy took Dei Dei to his first soccer class.

Unfortunately, Dei Dei didn't sit still at the place nor did he really listen to the coach.  He kept getting up to kick the balls or

move the big inflatable field divider (which he did).

Northacres Park

This week we still had energy after going to the Seattle Gymnastics Academy, so we went to the new playground at Northacres Park.

We went to the little kid's playground first. 

I left Dei Dei on this side and went to the big kid's side. 

This slide was so humongous, I decided to go down with Mommy instead.

Dei Dei blew his first dandelion here.

Dei Dei is getting creative with my earmuffs.

I called him "Mickey Mouse" here. 

Here, he is a bunny with 2 pink fuzzy tails.

Evergreen Park and McD's

Right by my school is a little park that I've been wanting to visit. 

 Unfortunately for Mommy, it has a big sandy area.

Dei Dei didn't listen when we told him not to throw sand. 

  We found a lot of sand in Dei Dei later (like in his shoes and his diaper)

After a sand clean up, we went to  the McDonalds playland because it was getting too sunny outside (like a true Seattleite, I don't like too much sun). 

I made friends with another preschooler there and Dei Dei tagged along. My new friend also likes to watch my favorite shows, Octonauts and Wild Kratts. I asked him to play Octonauts with me.

Here's Dei Dei making faces in the "Octopod."  I like to be "Tweak" the bunny and Dei Dei is "Tunip the Vegimal" (part vegetable, part animal) because he doesn't talk a whole lot.

Mommy's M's Day Present

On Mother's Day, we went to Yogurtland for some yummy yogurt.  I love the mochis (or the "chewies," as I like to call them.)

Our Mother's Day present to Mommy was actually sitting still in our chairs happily and not running amuck or screaming.  Daddy called it a Mother's Day miracle.

Of course it helped to play with cups of water which we squeezed and poured and made a nice wet mess under the table.  No worries, it was a pretty warm day.

One Month Dinner

Our cousins turned 1 month and our family went out for dinner.  This was their first time out to a restaurant.

At the restaurant, Dei Dei and I were  watching some kids with a dog playing outside.

Dei Dei made friends with the little boy.

Kelsey Creek Farm

It's been a while since we visited Kelsey Creek Farm and we missed the Sheep Shearing Event, so Mommy decided to take us one sunny day.

There were different bunnies this time. 

Dei Dei enjoyed the chickens 

And pushing/pulling the stroller around on the gravel 

I never get tired of looking at animals. 

I think Dei Dei likes animals too. 

We joined some kids on the stage.

Braedyn's Birthday Party

I couldn't see my first cousins when they were first born because our whole family was sick. Now that we are better, I get to see them and they are so cute!
