Whenever I hear the garage door open while I'm at home, I always say 'Daddy's Home' even if he just left. And I still love Bunny.

Poo or Po?

Oh yeah, forgot to mention that yesterday after I went home from playing at Lia's house, I said "poo poo" to Mommy. Mommy thought I said "po po" which means I want to be held in Chinese. Mommy picked me up, smelled something funny, and immediately put me on the potty, where I did my business (Two days worth!). Sorry no pictures! A girls gotta have her privacy somewhere, you know!

Getting Faster and Faster

Rolling isn't my only form of transportation nowadays. Katie, my PT would be proud!

It was a great game today. I actually did say 'Touchdown! Yay!' and raised my arms the first time Daddy showed me, but Mommy didn't have her camera there at the time. I'll eventually say it again to surprise Daddy one of these days.

Daddy said he would prefer feeding me during a commercial break.

Boston Part 2: The Touristy Stuff

The next day after we arrived, Mommy's company took us on a tour of the Boston suburbs to check out the neighborhoods. It was my first time on a bus.

I felt like a grown up because I didn't even sit in a car seat. There were no seat belts on this bus!

I can even see through the window now!

However, I did get bored a bit looking at old houses. It was a four hour tour!
I was really tired at the end. Even Daddy was tired. He slept the rest of the day while Mommy and I went to Copley Place.

On our last day, we had a chance to do some sightseeing.

On my trip to Boston, I got to take all sorts of transportation. First a plane, then a taxi, then a bus, and now the subway! The T is the oldest subway in the U.S.

I was looking around at each new stop.

Our first stop was Harvard Square. Daddy learned about the 3 lies about John Harvard and rubbed his foot for good luck.

This is where Mommy slept her freshman year. JFK and Ben Bernanke also slept there too.

Daddy wanted to sneak into this lecture hall but they were taking a quiz that day.

Our next stop was the Freedom Trail. We only did parts of it because we didn't have a lot of time left. We went through Fanueil Hall and the old state house. For some reason Daddy wanted to see the site of the Boston massacre. I'm not supposed to know what a massacre is! We almost missed it because it's only this circular brick area with a star in the middle.

Following the red line for the Freedom Trail, we passed by an oyster bar and Daddy wanted to slurp some raw oysters.

Daddy had oysters at America's oldest restaurant.

When I was still in Mommy's belly, she had a craving for cannolis from Little Italy. Mike's Pastry in the North End is almost as good. I had a little bite myself.

"One if by land, Two if by sea..." We passed by Paul Revere's house too. That was our last stop on the Freedom Trail. It goes all the way to the Bunker Hill Monument and USS Constitution, but it was already time to go the the airport.

I was glad to be back home because I got to try out my new birthday present from Uncle Jun, Auntie Christine and Carolyn. Mommy is still a little sleepy though because I'm still on east coast time.

Boston Part I: My First East Coast Trip

I went to Boston with Mommy and Daddy last weekend. It was my first cross country plane trip. It was a pretty long flight and Mommy and Daddy were exhausted, but I wasn't really interested in napping.

I did take a short one eventually with Bear and Bunny.

At the hotel, I met Catie Copley, Boston's most famous dog. She was really nice to me. Catie lives at the hotel and has her own dog house and pillow. She even has her own book which she autographs, her own email, and business card. A few days ago, it was her 70th birthday and there was a big party at the hotel for her.

When we arrived in our room, we did some research of the sites.

I was checking out the room service menu.

Daddy was exhausted but I wasn't.

The hotel ran out of cribs that Mommy had asked for, so I had to sleep here.

Ha, ha. Just kidding. They did run out of cribs though, so I slept in Mommy and Daddy's bed with Bunny and Bear.

The next day I did get a crib, but it felt like a jail.

The first night I wore my Bearington Bear coat that Auntie Sharon gave me. It was so luxurious and it kept me warm.

We went to get some seafood and Daddy ordered twin Maine lobsters.

Back at the hotel, I got a bath and was relaxing in my robe.

I ended the day cozying up with Bear.

Mommy and Daddy think that Bear has replaced Bunny now, but I still like Bunny.

My Hello Kitty Balloon

Mommy's worried that I may not like Hello Kitty as much as she does.

Happy Birthday Isabel!

I went to my pal Isabel's birthday today. It was a lot of fun.

I saw Uncle Josh and Auntie Val. Uncle Josh also came to my birthday party. I think he'll make a great daddy one day soon.

Isabel looks really cute in her polka dot dress. It was the color theme of her birthday decoration and cupcakes.

I look tired because I was missing my nap time.

Eventually, Jonas and Andrew joined us on the couch. I guess everyone is not used to the paparazzi.

The boys escaped the paparazzi.

Us girls stayed because we're tougher.

Bunny and Me

Some of you may remember Bunny from my outfit last Easter.

Lately, Bunny and I have been inseparable.

Bunny is there in times of need.

Bunny provides me comfort when I'm tired.

Bunny is so soft and cuddly.

Even Daddy can't resist Bunny!

My First Birthday Bash Part 3

Monday was my real birthday and I've been practicing to show people how old I am. But in this picture, I might have been practicing for next year.

On my birthday, Lia and her mommy and daddy came over my house to celebrate since they couldn't make it for my party. Lia came bearing gifts.

Lia got me some really cool Bibles. We decided to crack them open and do our first study together.

We decided a good place to start was Genesis.

I must have a different version because it starts with the earth being formless and void.

Bear came to join our study.

Our study got pretty intense as we dug deeper.

Eventually, we decided to take a lollipop break. Apparently, we still have a lot to learn from our Bible study.
