SFO

We went to San Francisco to visit Uncle Jason, Auntie Amy, Great Grandma and Auntie Christina, and Sai Kaufu.

On our way to the gate, Dei Dei really insisted on pulling one of the carry-ons.  

He had a little bit of trouble maneuvering it around (like watching where he was going),

but he got the hang of it 

and made it all the way to the gate. 

 He loved watching the airplane and all the preparation for our flight.

 I watched a little of it too.

 When we arrived at SFO, there was a nice bird mural with instruments.

Dei Dei still insisted on pulling the luggage. 

At one point he tried to pull 2. 

but he stuck with one 

                                                      all the way to the sky train.

I carried my own carry-on. 

Dei Dei rested a little 

 At the car rental, he tried to pull 2 again. 

Uncle Jason and Auntie Amy graciously let us stay at their nice place.

Sometimes we would be doing this while we wait for

 Daddy to wake up.

 We went downtown and visited the mall, and had dim sum with Sai Kaufu. 

We also visited the California Academy of Sciences, which we loved.  There was a fun rain forest exhibit and a nice aquarium.

Where there's a bar, Dei Dei will swing.

We drove out to Sacramento to see Great Grandma and Auntie Christina.

On our trip back, Dei Dei had to pull the luggage again. 

 During the flight, he would not stay still. 

He threw a ball over to the next row. 

He annoyed me a bit. 

But I still love him 

We're back in Seattle waiting for Grandpa (who had to battle a lot of traffic to pick us up). 

 I wanted to pull the luggage too now.

 We had fun doing it together.

California was fun.  We can't wait for our next trip back!
